View fantastic sunsets over the fields and enjoy watching the local wildlife in the area : Barn owls , squirrels, rabbits, foxes, pheasant and if you are really lucky wild deer.
We have a local village pub within 2 minute walking distance and also a delicious Indian restaurant.
Excellent safe cycle rides and a great place for walking, fishing,sailing and golf
Visit local market towns Howden and Pocklington only 10 - 15 minutes by car with lots of sightseeing opportunities, cafes and shops
Excellent location for York and Beverley only 25 minutes by car.
Take a trip to Bridlington seaside in 45 - 55 minutes via the scenic drive
