Each bespoke cake is made using the finest fresh ingredients locally sourced where possible & with traditional baking techniques perfected over many years working within the industry.

The results are mouth-wateringly delicious light moist sponges which can be adapted to many fabulous flavours from vanilla, chocolate, a multitude of fruits, coconut, caramel, carrot to our exquisite courgette & raisin cake. Whatever your preferences may be Fifi's Cakery can transform them into tasty delights. Our traditional fruit cake is made from a family recipe passed down from Fifi's grandmother complete with her secret ingredients & tips to ensure a moist cake packed full of fruit & flavour.
In addition to providing beautiful cakes Fifi's Cakery also offers cake making classes. If you would like to learn from scratch or perfect your own baking and/or decorating skills or have a specific cake project with which you need some expert guidance you can book a one to one lesson. As a teacher in a previous career Fifi is highly skilled at making even the most complex decorating details straight forward & easy to pick up. You will be amazed by what you can achieve with a day of teaching tailored to your specific interests.
