My name is Sarah and I am a qualified humanistic counsellor and psychotherapist working within Bristol and North Somerset. I am an approachable, compassionate therapist who's aim is to provide a safe, secure environment for my clients. I am based in Bristol and Portishead and can offer a welcoming, confidential space within which we can explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviours.
Therapy is an opportunity to explore yourself. You may feel that something from your past is stopping you from moving forward in the present, or perhaps you have recently started to feel empty or alone: in either case therapy can provide a platform for your own self-discovery and ultimate self-acceptance.
