My story....
I'm a mostly clean eating, gluten avoiding, mum of one. My long term struggle with hypothyroidism and all its glorious symptoms has fuelled a new found passion for all things nutrition and wellness.
I write a blog @ www.themichelleproject.com, where I'm keen to share my experiences and help others to join me on the journey to wellness.
