Our classes provide year-round physical activity to provide your body with exercise that can help you reach and maintain your ideal body weight.
Premier Taekwon-Do offers many dynamic programs for the entire family, including our Kicking Tigers and Children's program which teaches self esteem and confidence. We stress mental growth and discipline, as well as physical training.
Having served the public in the instruction of Taekwon-Do since 1991, it is my pleasure to welcome you and your children to the most comprehensive martial arts programmes around. Having members from 3 years upwards, Premier Taekwon-Do is available to everyone.
If you live in the Alton, Bordon, Four Marks or Portsmouth areas, you have the opportunity to personally train with some of the most respected Instructors and Masters in the UK.
