Ayurvedic Yoga Massage UK offers treatments, workshops and courses in London, Leeds, Greece and elsewhere. Workshops and courses are taught by Despina Psarra.

Despina came across AYM in early 2011. She knew she was going to love it when she heard the name (yoga AND massage!), attended a course and fell in love with the method instantly. She started practising AYM full time almost immediately after the course, and realised that everyone else also loves it as soon as they try it. For years people have been asking Despina to share the method, and in early 2016, after assisting her teacher during his India trips for two consecutive years, she received his blessing to teach.

Since then she has been training lots of wonderful therapists to help share AYM together. Despina is really excited to see the AYM UK community grow, to see the light in students’ eyes when they fall in love with AYM like she did, and to know that so many more people will be have the opportunity to experience the benefits of AYM as a result.
