Thanks for taking the time to find out a little bit about me and my mission and purpose.

What started out as a curiosity for yoga and attending my first yoga class in Thailand 3 years ago, led to an incredibly personal journey of inner growth and connecting to my higher self.

Yoga brought on a heightened sense of self-awareness and a deeper understanding of my mind, body and soul connection that I wasn’t tapping into enough before I started.

The benefits it has brought into my life and the lessons it has taught me have inspired me to follow this path in order to help others, who too seek a deeper understanding of themselves.

The experiences you receive from yoga are deeply personal and unique to you, having said that, Yoga Solitude – A Personal Journey From Within seemed the most fitting name for my brand.

By focusing on private one-to-one yoga with my clients, it allows me to tailor yoga sessions to their unique individual needs and create a safe space for them to explore what yoga can do for them on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level.

My mission is to help you look deep inside for the wisdom that is already there, to connect to your higher self and always question that what you are doing is right and of the highest good for yourself, by spending time with you and helping you on your yoga mat.
