Talking Statues Leeds forms part of the Yorkshire Festival 2016, and is produced by Sing London, who create participatory events to make cities feel happy!
The Leeds statues will join our existing Talking Statues in London and Manchester, where 35 public statues across both cities are given the chance to speak for themselves. Arts producers Sing London have commissioned some of the nation’s most celebrated writers to imagine and pen monologues for a range of iconic statues which in turn have been animated by a cast of actors and comedians.
