We are a family run business, with a combined forty five plus years’ exceptional audiological knowledge and experience in dispensing and fitting the most appropriate and bespoke hearing aids. We are committed to continuing to educate ourselves and having access to the most advanced technologies in the market.

Hearing Aids
Unlike widely advertised high street/national outlets who are basically affiliated with one major hearing aid manufacturer, we are proudly independent. This means we can give entirely unbiased advice about the most appropriate hearing aids that we feel best suits each individual. We deal with all the major hearing aid manufacturers, Phonak hearing aids, Oticon, Widex and GN ReSound to name but a few and supply all types of hearing aids, including the latest digital hearing aids and invisible hearing aids, such as Lyric hearing aids also known as hidden hearing aids.

Hearing Tests
Our clinics are fully equipped with the latest cutting edge testing facilities, thus enabling us to carry out entirely accurate hearing assessments, and consequently advise on the best possible solution, should a client wish to proceed with our recommendation.

We offer hearing tests at our hearing clinics as well as a free online hearing test. Clients often wish to have a hearing test online, in the privacy of their own homes, to assess potential hearing loss before coming to see us.

Ongoing Hearing Care and Support
At Help in Hearing we understand that caring for your hearing health is just as important as caring for the rest of your overall health and wellbeing. By looking after all aspects of hearing care and hearing protection, we are helping clients to remain socially active, remain confident in their working environment, and prevent the risk of isolation, loneliness and potentially even help to reduce the risks of dementia.

With our personal and friendly approach we provide an on-going professional after care service which is second to none, including follow up visits from the initial supply and fitting of the hearing aids to six monthly check ups, annual reviews and a walk in cleaning/repair service at the Farnham Common practice.
