We look into complaints that individuals have been treated unfairly or have received poor service from government departments, other public organisations in the UK, and the NHS in England.
Before coming to us, you will need to have made a complaint to the organisation involved. This is because we believe they should have an opportunity to put things right first.
If you’re still unhappy after receiving their response, then our website will tell you what to do next.
