Farnley Digital was formed solely for the purpose of helping SME businesses harness the power of digital in order to improve their digital marketing, communication and customer support.

With 25 years' experience of online marketing and digital solutions we work with clients to help them manageany necessary changes. We get under the bonnet of a business in order to review the current digital strategy roadmap to check whether it is fit-for-purpose.

Each aspect of the business can be reviewed if required including the business objectives and ambitions, its organisational structure, its people and its culture. Alongside this we can look at the digital channels currently in place for sales, marketing and support to see if they are effective and, importantly, actually appropriate for the objectives that have been set. Pursuing any digital channel or solution without setting objectives and goals and without KPIs to measure success is simply not sensible as a return on investment would not be achieved.
