General information
Our health & well-being services include weekly hydrotherapy at the Leicester General Hospital, yoga at the Peepul Centre, free seated and general exercise sessions.
CLASH is a UK Online Centre & provides e-learning sessions to support members to use email and surf the Internet. CLASH 2012 encourages a proactive approach to the use of technology as an aid to managing long term chronic conditions.
Monthly meetings are held at Dock. A Welfare project worker supports individuals & Community Transport is provided as needed.
An information drop-in is held every Monday 10.00am-1.00pm at Dock for anyone with newly diagnosed with a musculoskeletal condition or needing some help and advice.
