General information

After over twenty years as a Team Manager for premium food/drink manufacturers, I wanted to expand my coaching outside the confines of what was needed for the business, and work instead with what was needed by the individual.

Square Peg Coaching takes a person-centred approach and was launched with the intent of helping people create positive change in their lives. To go from saying "If only..." or "I wish..." to being able to say "I love my life!".

Covering the realms of your professional life, your personal life and your health, the aim is always to assist you to make the change that would mean most to you.

To enable you to become aware of how your thoughts, feelings and nature can help or hinder you. To engage not simply your head but also your heart when making decisions. Being clear about what you value and what you really need, means you can simplify your life and get on with the stuff you really enjoy.

I create a calm coaching space online or in person where you have the time and space to be. We'll work on your values, your goals, and your purpose. We'll dig into what's stopping you from taking action and create a plan to help you succeed.
