We are a small, dynamic firm and that allows us to provide you with a level of service that other, larger firms cannot compete with. Many firms will allocate your case to an unqualified clerk with a fancy title such as “litigation manager” or “claims executive”. Don’t be fooled by this, as many of these unqualified clerks have limited experience. Every claim we deal with is supervised by a solicitor with over 15 years experience in dealing with personal injury claims.

We understand that when you ring us you want to speak to someone rather than leave messages on a machine. Our team structure means that if your solicitor is unavailable for any reason, there is always someone available to help you.
