Guardforce Security Services Limited provides fully trained officers, vetted and screened to BS 7858:2012 standards who hold a valid SIA Licence to carry out duties at your premises in accordance with the agreed Assignment Instructions.
We are regularly audited both by an internal and external team of auditors to ensure that we comply with the Industry Standards BS 7499:2013 for our operating procedures. Our management philosophy is based on regular supervision, welfare and more clear guidelines.This ensures that we have increased staff retention, loyalty and a more professional service delivery.
Our supervisors are always promoted on merit, the majority from the Armed Forces with a security background. The entire team have been educated in Total Quality Management & Customer Care.
We place great emphasis on the calibre of staff deployed to protect your premises. All new guards undertake our comprehensive training course and examination & we encourage our labour force to study advanced professional security examinations.
We employ a pool of officers who work on temporary assignments, and cover for holidays and sickness.
Prior to the commencement of any service, we undertake a full site survey and risk assessment then, with your active assistance, draw up your comprehensive Assignment Instructions
Wherever site patrols are called for, Guardforce install, without additional charge to our customers, unobtrusive unique coded electronic activating tags at strategic points throughout your site, enabling us to monitor the quality of the service provision.
All operations are monitored by our Control Room, with officers required to make check calls at predetermined intervals.
Neighbourhood Patrol & Community Wardens
Our mobile group also provide Neighbourhood Patrol and Community Wardens' services for local and rural communities.
Our Neighbourhood beat provides a specially trained officer for 08 hours or more at a time in a dedicated area
Our Neighbourhood Mobile service is similar to Neighbourhood Beat but provided as a shared service with other communities.
Specially trained officers visit a neighbourhood several times per evening, using a vehicle equipped with sophisticated video capture equipment. Once there they undertake foot patrols in one or more agreed locations.
They may receive information for the local authority, liase with community groups, and undertake anti vandalism/hooliganism duties in accordance with their prepared instructions.
Keyholding & First Response
Our control room are also responsible for the despatch of our keyholder and first response teams.
For an annual subscription we take over the responsibility of responding to an alarm activation at your premises.
Where your procedures require 2 persons on site we can likewise supply the second person to escort your employee.
In the event of an alarm our officer is despatched to site. We normally expect to achieve alarm response well within the standards laid down by the police.
Our officer will remain on site until the event is cleared. We can even arrange for an emergency boarding up or other service, so that the premises are secured and the incident dealt with prior to your attendance.
You will be contacted in accordance with your pre-agreed instructions. At all times our officer remains in contact with our control room and a report is prepared prior to site departure.
Mobile Patrol Services
If dedicated Assignment Offices service can not be justified due to financial or any other reason then our mobile patrol Service is a highly cost effective.
We identify with you the requirements and undertake a site survey and risk assessment. Comprehensive Assignment instructions are then prepared .
The operations are monitored as with our other services by our Control Room.
Typically The security patrol officer will arrive at the site in a liveried high profile vehicle and park in a prominent position.
They then undertake a full perimeter patrol of the property, observing all windows and physically checking all doors. If required an internal patrol is then performed.
In the event of a security incident the officer will call the appropriate service and the Guardforce Control Room.

The customer is contacted depending on the pre arranged instructions. In all cases an incident report is prepared and faxed to the client for the following day.
