Fone World was founded in 2010, following the realisation that there was a gap in the market for consumers who wanted basic contracts and handsets with the expectation that they would receive easy, accessible service and quality products at a reasonable price.

Fone World started offering its customers all the major network contracts and stood out with its passion for customer service. In the 7 years since establishment Fone World now offers its own bespoke contracts and the level of service has only improved.

When Fone World has faced problems such as the terrible signal in the area it was situated in, they did not ignore it like other providers however fought tirelessly with the network and succeeded in getting them to put a new mast in the area which improved the signal drastically. Fone World aims are to increase the products we provide to our customers whilst maintaining and improving our customer service. Fone World has expanded online to provide the same quality service to customers all around the country.
