ProspectSoft is a UK-based Customer Relationship Management (‘CRM’) and eCommerce software-as-a-service (SaaS) company. We help SME businesses improve the efficiency of their CRM or e-Commerce systems by delivering highly integrated solutions. In many businesses the majority of their valuable customer information is buried inside their accounting systems. At ProspectSoft we have created software which can be integrated into all the major accounting software packages, such as Exchequer, Sage, Pegasus and Access, to enable our customers to extract their valuable customer information and make it accessible to the rest of the business, for CRM or e-Commerce purposes.

The business was founded in 2000 and is owned by the current management team. The Company’s head office is in Stokenchurch, near High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, from where ProspectSoft creates, develops and sells its software services to more than 5,000 SME users across the UK, as well as distributing packages in Ireland, New Zealand and South Africa.
