At Bamboo Loans we are professional, transparent and ethical in our approach to lending. We believe that a business should be run with these qualities as core values. As a new lender, we have invested in a unique process within the current marketplace.

Obtaining a loan can be a daunting process especially with a “less-than-perfect” payment history or no history at all and we understand that the occasional problem should not affect someone’s chances of getting a loan.

As a professional lender, we will credit search both parties. By searching both the applicant and the guarantor it gives us a far better overview of our potential clients and therefore, enables the decision to lend money to be based on clear facts. We accept there may be imperfect information, but understand that and take all factors into account.

As a transparent lender, you are in control of your information. Our documents are simple and in clear English. Documentation is maintained in personal folders that can be easily accessed online. What you see is what you get.

As an ethical lender, it is important that we confirm the ability to make repayments. We therefore confirm the disposable monthly income of both the applicant and the guarantor. We check that the applicant has the money to make the monthly payments; after all it is their loan! We take this approach on affordability in order to ensure that we are adhering to ‘best practices’ within the industry.

Our systems have been built from the ground up to provide a flexible platform for delivering new products and our fully automated straight through processing enables us to reach a decision and pay out loans quickly, making funds available when they are most needed.
