Healthwatch Information & Scrutiny:
This is a single point of contact to supply information and advice about the city’s health and social care services.
The team also gathers information and intelligence about health and care services to help improve them.
Healthwatch NHS Complaints Advocacy:
Independent Healthwatch Advocacy in Merseyside & Cheshire is a free, independent and confidential advocacy service. It will support people to navigate their way around the NHS complaints procedure and help them understand their options in order to make informed choices and have a voice.
