Whether you’re already a carer or you need to find care that you can depend on, TrustCare offers you the peace of mind to know that the care and support you or a loved one deserve is in place.
From help with household tasks, washing and dressing, specialist care and medications, to support to get out and about, or just to take a break, you’ll find the TrustCare team to be friendly, professional, flexible and most importantly caring.
We’ll listen to you and take the time to understand your needs and the choices you’d like to make about your care. We’ll talk to you about any funding you may be eligible for such as Personal Care Budgets, Disability Living Allowance or Carer’s Allowance. We’ll also tell you about any support that may be available in the community as well as equipment and adaptations to help round the home such as our TrustCall monitoring and response service.
