Kent Shared Lives offers eligible adults long term, short breaks and day support placements in family type settings from the homes of our approved hosts. This includes adults with learning & physical disabilities, autism & aspergers, mental health, older people and people living with dementia.
Kent Shared Lives is an expanding service and is recruiting for new hosts who can open their homes to offer this personalised service and dramatically change the lives of adults who are vulnerable in Kent.
