Shop Holistic is a family-run mail order business dedicated to educating others on natural health alternatives and supplying no-nonsense high quality products at excellent prices with our 'No Frills' policy. When we started out our mission was to offer products at affordable prices without compromising on quality making natural health alternatives affordable to all and it still is today.
We found the best way to accomplish this is by sourcing products as directly to the source as possible, in their purest and generally raw form, and packaging our own products to cut down on unnecessary factory processing and bottling. We began by offering many New Age items too, but while we still offer a few things in this field, we have now moved over more into natural health products as we discover more innovative ways to keep ourselves healthy without relying on Big Pharma. We have been the first to introduce many products into the UK (though sadly a lot of these have been removed by Trading Standards recently due to strict EU regulations) and continue to strive to find the best possible products from all over the world and from many different backgrounds and belief systems.
We are often praised for our fast and efficient sales service, sending the majority of orders out within 24 hours of the order being placed (hand-prepared items are sent within 5 days, many within only a couple of days). We do not inflate our overheads with unnecessary overheads such as extra staff to make our lives easy, and in 2011 we moved from our beautiful large trade centre to 2 much smaller warehouses as we would have otherwise had to increase our prices to cover our overheads.

To provide a better advice service to customers, owner Danielle and Customer Services Supervisor Beth have become qualified in Nutritional Therapy. Danielle has also qualified in Kinesiology, Homeopathy, Yoga and Holistic Diagnosis and is happy to provide free advice by email to both customers and non-customers.
