Mental illness can affect anyone, regardless of their age, race, gender or social background.
In the UK it’s estimated that one quarter of us will experience problems with our mental wellbeing at some point in our lives.
The National Centre for Mental Health (NCMH) is working to find out more about mental illness, with the aim of improving diagnosis, treatment and support for people affected by it.
We need your help to create a better future for mental health.
We are looking for thousands of volunteers to help us with our research. If you have ever been diagnosed with a mental health problem you can help us by taking part in our studies.
