The Student Lock-In events are organised by Total Students, a group which has successfully run similar events in the past.Cardiff hosted a Student Lock-In back in 2010, with over 7,000 students taking part. Sheffield hosted another Lock-In in 2011 with 15,000 students taking part. In 2013 the Student Lock-In was even bigger and better and brought 20 Student Lock-In events to various cities in the UK! Cardiff's 2013 Student Lock-In attracted an AMAZING 28,000 students to St David's shopping centre – our biggest Lock-In yet. This year we have another addition to our Lock-In tour, bringing our grand event total to 21 stops during the freshers 2014 period.
