General information

Igloo's core business activities are related to the regeneration and property development processes. We manage and deliver environmentally sustainable development - for ourselves, for local communities, for clients and for investors (principally for the Igloo Regeneration Fund, referred to by the United Nations the ‘world’s first responsible real estate fund'). We asset-manage completed development (we stay involved and make sure it works). And in some cases we operate development companies for other people (as we do in the UK's Midlands for the specialist Blueprint regeneration vehicle).
