General information

I was sick of seeing quirky clothing on Instagram but when I went shopping I could only ever see the same old things. Unless of course I went to a wee boutique and then the clothes were just out of my price range. Even more depressing!

So I decided I was gonna do something about it and started a dressmaking course. Thinking I could make wee garments for myself and my own family. That was the start of my addiction!

Every time we wore something I made, I was getting asked where I bought the clothes. I started to think 'It isn't just me. Loads of people want something quirky, original and good quality!' Then one day Sophie wore her wee pinafore and I was actually stopped by a lady in the park and when I told her I made it, she looked really disappointed. I felt so bad and said softly as she walked away 'um... I'll make you one'... but she was away.

At that moment I thought 'Right Ange, you're gonna try this out!'

I made four pinafores and stuck them onto Facebook and they were sold within the hour! That was 10 days ago and I have been getting orders every single day!

I'm going to do other designs but at the minute the pinafores are keeping me more than busy. Tartan ones for Christmas... Funkier ones for older girls with bad ass fabrics... Watch this space!
