With floor to ceiling windows providing panoramic views of St Anne's Cathedral and Buoy Park, the Academy Restaurant is situated within Ulster University's Belfast campus in the Cathedral Quarter. As the training restaurant for students studying BSc Hons degrees in Culinary Arts Management and International Hospitality Management, we offer freshly prepared menus full of culinary creativity, providing great value for money. The licensed Academy Restaurant provides a dynamic and innovative environment enabling our students to develop their practical and managerial skills. With a 5* Food Hygiene Rating the restaurant is a proud Taste of Ulster member, holding an 'excellent’ classification in the latest Taste of Ulster assessment.
