The firm McAteer Plastering was established 113 years ago in 1900 by my grandfather William John McAteer. They specialised in solid and decorative plasterwork and much of their work is still on display in churches, chapels ,bank buildings, government buildings and stately homes. This family firm of craftsmen continues to takes pride in its reputation of providing a quality service, using both modern work methods and also traditional skills with the use of traditional materials. We are Lime Plastering specialists and our services include all restoration and conservation of old plasterwork, cornicing and decorative plasterwork by methods of run in situ and fibrous, restoring cornicing and decorative plasterwork to match the original. We can also make or replace exterior mouldings in the same manner. McAteer Plastering also work on all exterior & interior plastering & floor screeding.
