In our clinic we provide spinal care for all ages, from pregnancy to newborns, children and elderly. I am a firm believer that good health starts with a healthy spine and nervous system, and that you can stay younger and fitter with regular chiropractic care, exercise and good nutrition. I also believe that regular spinal should be part of a health regime, just like drinking water and eating fruit, an ongoing good habit to preserve health, not merely an emergency treatment.

Doctors of Chiropractic specialise in spinal health and are qualified in all health matters. Chiropractic is based on the premise that the body is able to regulate itself, heal and repair. As healing is coordinated by the brain and nervous system, any interference to its normal function can result in ill health, aches and pains, headaches, poor immunity, poor sleep and energy, poor digestion to name a few.
The main interference to a healthy nervous system is spine that became unhealthy whether through accidents, falls or stress and poor posture.

Chiropractic has a vitalistic philosophy as opposed to mainstream medicine, which would be mechanistic. It prides itself on allowing the body to work as it has been deisgned as opposed to interfering with drugs and surgery. It is natural, extremely safe and effective.
