Here at the Old Station, we aim to provide the very best in quality childcare and education.

Here at The Old Station, we understand that parents find it difficult choosing the most appropriate provision of childcare to suit themselves and their little ones needs. We understand every child’s needs are different and we cater for those individual needs. Our excellent staff:child ratios, our attentive and caring staff and the high standards which we maintain within all areas of the nursery enable parents to leave their children feeling happy and content with the care they are receiving.

Well established - We have been opened since 2000 providing excellent care over the past 12 years
Warm, friendly, home-from-home atmosphere
Very low turnover of staff- - This allows relationships to be built between children and staff and provides a continuity of care
Well qualified, experienced and vetted staff - We maintain high standards by continuing with our in-house training on a regular basis. Currently, all our staff are first aid trained.
Spacious, bright, well equipped & maintained rooms
Registered & monitored by Social Services - Please don’t be afraid to ask for our latest social services inspection report as take great pride in maintaining the highest standards.
Healthy Eating - Well balanced, nutritional meals and snacks (morning & afternoon) are prepared on site by our Cook Sylvia, using fresh produce from the local butchers, green grocers.
A close open partnership with our parents - ensuring that we offer feedback and support to families.
School drop offs and pickups - We offer a drop off & pickups service to the two local schools, Dromore Central & St. Colman’s.
Government funded Pre-school spaces - We currently have 24 pre-school places to offer.
