Capstone Homes (NI) LTD was established by Matthew Kennedy MCIOB & Tracey Kennedy to create homes of distinction in the residential property sector. Matthew & Tracey between them have 25+ years of experience and a long family history in the architecture, construction and development sectors.

Having worked for many years in a family development & construction business, Matthew specialises in taking development sites small and large from concept to completion. Matthew has also constructed some large low energy one off houses and has a wide knowledge of low energy & Passive House design & construction.

Tracey having worked in a construction business previously brings her expertise in administration and accounting. Traceys work behind the scenes makes sure the build process runs smoothly and the customers are kept well informed of progress.
