General information
NB Housing has a housing stock of over 900 units predominately throughout North Belfast. We are continuing to expand our portfolio with properties in the Ardoyne, Lower Shankill, Lower Antrim Road, Cliftonville, Oldpark and various properties throughout West Belfast.
The Association is managed by a voluntary Board from various professional and social backgrounds who meet frequently to discuss the affairs of the Association. NB Housing has 9 voluntary members.
We employ a team of 31 staff who provide a range of services to tenants.The staff teams are located across our two offices in Flax Street and Crumlin Road and within our supported schemes.
