Club Pulse at Newry Sports Centre enables you to enjoy your workouts in air-conditioned comfort, where members are educated on healthy eating and how to achieve permanent weight loss and weight management for life. There are an extensive range of group classes and club activities to choose from. Bella Beauty is now also available, offering massage therapies, facials, and extensive Decleor treatments at substantially less cost than local salons.

Newry Swimming Pool is a traditional style pool, with a 25 metre main pool, a shallow learner pool and a sauna and steam room. It is situated in Newry City Centre on Clanrye Avenue in the Meadow area. A variety of activities are on offer, including childrens and adults swimming lessons, aqua aerobics classes, sub aqua / scuba diving, triathlon and competitive swim training, junior water polo, specialised disabled swim coaching, and public lifeguarding and lifesaving classes.

St Colmans Sports Complex provides first class facilities for all levels of participant or performer with a 6 Lane Athletics Track, a 3G Pitch and a changing pavilion. The athletics track is equipped to cater for all track and field events. The 3G Pitch is suitable for wide range of activities and sports including Rugby, Gaelic Football and Soccer.

St Colmans College has use of the facility during school hours, whilst Newry and Mourne District Council manage community usage at all other times.
