Newry and Mourne Co-operative and Enterprise Agency has secured funding from the Big Lottery Fund’s Reaching out: Empowering young people programme, to deliver the WORK4UPLUS programme, in partnership with Barnardo’s, the Southern Education & Library Board and REACT.
