General information

JK Fabrications are specialists in the fabrication and installation, of environmental engineering solutions for the water, waste water and construction industries.

Design
Our unique package allows the customer the luxury of approaching us with an idea. Our design team then takes this idea and using the most advanced 3D software, incorporating AutoCAD and Solid Works, it can be planned, designed and costed. Efficiency, planning and traceability from inception to commissioning allows the customer to respond effectively to accelerated programmes and contract alterations.

Manufacture
Our experienced fabricators and welders, coded to BS-EN287 Part 1 and BS-EN ISO 15614:2004, take the project to the next level. Our modern workshop is equipped with the very latest state of the art machinery including 800mm automatic saws, guillotine, brake press, fabricating rollers, synergic pulse welders and numerous TIG & MIG welding plants. To improve lead time and increase production we recently invested in a CNC Pipe Profiling machine. This fully operational and automated machine, is capable of multiple cuts up to and including 800mm.

Installation
We have a dedicated installation team of mechanical fitters and semi-skilled labourers who, over the years, have gained vital on-site experience and technological expertise installing an array of products. Health and safety is of paramount importance in our operations, and to this end site personnel are Construction Skills Registered and all installations are complimented with risk assessments and method statements.

Commission
The final stage of our package sees the finished item being rigorously tested before commissioning. This includes the provision of all quality documents including O&M manuals, etc. thus ensuring the customer has been left with a quality product, completed on time and to their specifications.
