History
Ballyclare was the first branch to open, established in 1992 by Ronnie Simpson (MRICS) a Chartered Surveyor with a wealth of experience who had worked for many years at a senior level with one of the provinces corporate estate agents.

Flexible hours
Country Estates offices are open over lunch times, late nights on Thursdays until 8pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 12pm.

Country Estates and charities
For the past number of years the staff and directors of Country Estates have supported various events to help raise much needed funds for a number of local charities.

These events have ranged from running marathons in Belfast, Dublin, Paris, New York and Berlin, competing in challanges such as 70 wild miles, abseiling to trekking in Peru.
