Our market-leading and award-winning ViewPoint system enables touch screen kiosk, tablet surveys, online surveys, SMS – and other means of data capture – to collect feedback and transform it into actionable analysis that drives business service improvement and strategy.

We are assisting many organisations to radically improve the quality of their customer experience and service levels, heighten awareness and perceptions about new products and services and enable HR professionals to capture insightful and accurate feedback from employees. We are predominantly UK based but with a growing number of international customers in customer and staff experience.
