The Training Foundation provides TAP® (the Training Accreditation Programme) which is a unique range of skills-based, assessable, modular certificates and diplomas. Our programmes help organisations to implement ‘Quality-Assured’ learning and development; improve learning transfer and business performance improvement.
The Training Foundation is a two times winner of the Queen's Award for Innovation in 2005 and 2016 respectively. The 2005 award was granted for the TAP® assessable delivery and design methodologies, allowing organisations to objectively measure and improve the performance of trainers.
The 2016 Award recognises how the TAP Certified Assessor programme is enabling employers to quality-control their training to TAP Standards and improve Learning Transfer and Business Performance.
