Unlike most agents in the City, our company is run by a renowned property expert and investor, Neil Ward, owning a large private portfolio of properties in Coventry and the West Midlands and also working as a consultant to other lettings agencies and property investors up and down the Country. Neil Ward first launched his property services in 2005 as a way to provide housing to families in Coventry, West Midlands and has since become one of the largest growing property companies in the area of Coventry.

Since earlier this year, we have moved into other areas of development, most notably in improving landlord’s financial stability through a regular guaranteed rental income over a period of 3-7 years - completely FREE of charge.

We also spend anywhere between £2,000 up to £5,000 renovating your property to prepare it for a higher end clientele. We will then maintain the property to an extremely high standard which will be professionally cleaned regularly and all internal maintenance would be conducted by our team in order to keep your property in a beautiful condition for when it is returned to you. Most often this renovation would boost the value of your house by at least 5% but frequently this can be as high as 10% or higher.

The great advantage to you as a landlord means that all this would not cost you a PENNY! We would also paint and renovate your property and incorporate new top of the range furniture into your house in order to attract the perfect professional tenants you need.

That’s not all, we will also save you time and money because we deal with all the maintenance issues on the property and cover the costs too.
