Outcomes First Group is a leader in the provision of outcomes-led learning, life skills, and therapeutic care for children and adults with autism, complex and Social Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH). We operate a national network of award-winning DfE registered special schoolsand therapeutic care homes as well as a national fostering programme for Looked After Children through our Hillcrest, Options Autism and Sunflower Fostering divisions.

Placements are predominantly funded directly by social services and special education needs teams (SEN) with a strong customer base of over 100 different local authorities, this accounts for nearly two thirds of all local authorities in England.

93% our services are rated Good, Outstanding or Fully Compliant with the respective registering body, this is against a national average of around 65%.

Our schools provide both national curriculum as well as a range of vocational programmes designed to help young people overcome their previous educational experiences, build educational attainment, self-confidence and a lifelong interest in self-development.

Clinical support across our Hillcrest and Options Autism divisions is led by the Head of Clinical Services and is delivered by a core team of clinicians including Clinical Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech and Language Therapists.
