I offer Matrix Birth Reimprinting, Reiki, and a Meta Health/EFT combination which offer massive positive healing shifts in physical and mental health.
I am the author of 'Survive and Thrive after Trauma'
My book 'Survive and Thrive after Trauma' is partly autobiographical, shares Emotional Healing resources, explanations, also life experience contributions from others. We are now thriving, not just surviving.
Mindfulness and NLP practices are often incorporated into my consultations.
With 30 years in primary teaching, I welcome working with Children and Teenagers!. The earlier a problem is addressed the less emotional havoc it can wreak.
