We also offer a freelance service to estate agents where we pay a referral fee of 33% for all mortgage and pension transfer business introduced. We do not deal with pension referrals ourselves, as we are not authorised for pensions, another adviser deals with those on our behalf.
For every person referred to us who completes on a mortgage application the person who made the referral will receive a £10 gift voucher to say thank you.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
