Don’t get us wrong, we love Skype and fully utilise LinkedIn, but what can beat a face to face conversation and a handshake? This isn’t always possible of course, but the point is, is that you’re all individuals and so are we. We are very much against a ‘one size fits all’ approach to recruitment, choosing to value the quality of a candidate or company over the quantity of them.
