The Factory and Offices are housed in one large unit to ensure all professionals – whatever there role, are fully up to speed on any issues or intricacies of a project. This allows us to have our finger on the pulse as it were to react quickly to changing events to deliver consistently high levels of service and product to our customers.
Our dedicated team of people are hard working. We try to make the work environment informal and fun but always busy and professional. We offer above average rates of pay with a monthly bonus scheme for all workers. Workers are always encouraged to think outside the box and come forward with ideas and suggestions to improve a process or a product. We encourage progression of a persons career to stretch and develop them. Job satisfaction is very high and as such we have a low turnover of staff. However we are always looking at new opportunities in our World marketplace and our business is growing quickly.

Refurbishment
The mainstay of our business is our refurbishment program.

We offer refurbishment on most of the drive related products on the port based machinery at our factory in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
We cover products such as drive axles, angle drives, wet disc brakes, differentials, transmissions and hydraulic drive hubs.
The brands that we cover include Kessler, ZF, Alison, Dana and Cargotec’s own angle drive and differential units.

Manufacturing
A further ingredient of our success is the manufacturing side of our business.

Our manufacturing capability offer us flexibility when it comes to our refurbishment program, allowing us constant control through out the process. We also manufacture and over engineer a number of the metal components that are fitted to these port machines, allowing us to offer the customer an alternative to the (normally) expensive OEM option.
We can also manufacture to order any parts with a 1m x 1m turning size, so should the customer require a bespoke part, we are also able to offer this as a valuable “bolt on”service

Buy and Supply
Another added value service to our customers is our above-mentioned program. It’s a very simply business philosophy whose description is in the name itself.

What we do is very simple we source the original manufacturer of the product (as most OEM’s do not manufacture, they just assemble), we then negotiate with the manufacturer a bulk purchase price of the product. We are then able to supply the customer not only with a good price when they require the goods, but also a rapid delivery time.

This is the latest addition to our companies service profile.

As a result of our excellent customer service, high attention to detail when it comes to our refurbishment program and our parts supply service, our customers began asking us to get involved in the quotation process when it came time to upgrade or add to the fleet. It is with this in mind that we have began processing enquiries for new machinery.
Our company has experienced success and now it would seem a good time to get involved with one of the major machinery manufacturers in order to offer these products to our extensive world-wide customer base.
We have taken the first steps towards developing this side of our business by opening an Office in Kingston, Jamaica in order to service our customers in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
