We are 100% committed to offering satisfactory customer service and ensuring that any housing issues you may encounter, do not interfere with your degree course or work life. Tenants praise our honest, no fees approach and the personal, direct communication they receive with their landlord and most stay on with us, year after year. Unlike most landlords, ALL of the properties we manage and let are owned by City Estates.
With student lettings, parents are reassured by our use of contracts provided by the two universities respectfully (available to download below) and our affiliation with a government approved deposit scheme. All of our student properties can be found on the accommodation lists for both Southampton and Solent University.
We are proud members of several bodies including SASSH, NLA and my|deposit scheme.
