Bretsa Nursery Recruitment find temporary and permanent nursery staff for nursery, early years settings and schools right across London and the South East. From nursery assistants to Level 2 and 3s, room leaders, managers and even the cook, we've got it covered.

Our temporary cover services are available across London and the south east, and our permanent recruitment services are available nationwide.

Open when you need help
Our office is open and staffed from 7am till 6 pm each weekday so you can speak to someone when you need help most. With a large pool of staff and clients, and dedicated consultants for your area we are focussed on finding the best local staff or settings to you.

Staff training
In conjunction with our partners ‘Training Designs’ we provide a wide variety of training courses from EYFS to confidence building, behaviour management, safeguarding and more. Courses are available to our temporary workers, client staff or anyone looking to further themselves.

Guaranteed confidence
Using a recruitment company should be easy and we work hard every day to make it that way. It’s also why we promise that you’ll get a 15 minute update call for ASAP bookings, and why ultimately if you’re not happy with a temporary member of staff just let us know and we won’t charge you. It’s the same for permanent placements – if they haven’t worked out within with first 12 weeks then let us know – we’ll rebate you a proportion of the fee (terms apply!) – guaranteed.

Environmental awareness
We believe passionately in responsible business practices – in both childcare recruitment and minimising our impact on the environment. Here are some of the key ways we’re treading lightly:
+ Since setting up in 2005 we have only used recycled paper for all our stationery and promotional items (even using recycled pens!).
+ Since 2008, we've proudly been carbon neutral.
+ Since 2011 our office paper is recycled non-bleached (which is why it’s not quite white!)
