That’s good news if you’re an owner and want to drop in some keys or talk about how things are going, and great news for buyers and tenants who we can often walk round to viewings on the spot.

The Stephen James advantage

Steve Barton and James Metcalf have known each other for 14 years and are friends as well as business partners. The two first met in 1999, when James started work at the same estate agent as Steve, and immediately enjoyed working together.
Steve was born in West Norwood and has spent 17 years as an estate agent in South East and Central London, while James has 14 years of agency behind him. Their combined experience and friendship have created a unique foundation for teamwork and approachability at the office.
