The Massage and Rehabilitation Clinic ( Putney ) is situated in South West London following relocating from Southern Spain where it was established some twelve years ago. The Clinic was founded originally twenty-five years ago in the Putney area of London prior to moving to Southern California and Hungary. A full circle.

The clinic deals primarily with sports, occupational and life induced injuries.

This encompasses many aspects of our health ranging from sports injuries and accidents, to dysfunctions of the body, stress relief and management, and general well being.

We fix injuries as fast as it is physically possible. This allows you to return to your normal life routines with the least possible disruption whether this is looking after your children, returning to work, getting back into the garden or playing your favourite sport. We also offer guidance on managing your rehabilitation and recovery.

The clinic is continually growing and is very popular in the local area, as well as with people who fly in for treatment from around the world.

Massage Therapist

John Young studied and trained in Personal Training and Massage Therapy in the UK, Hungary, Spain and the United States of America.

Since graduating his focus has been on Sports Massage, Clinical Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy (trigger point) and Lymphatic Massage Drainage Therapy as well as physical Rehabilitation Programming to help his clients stay in good physical condition for their work, sports and general well-being.

He set up and ran a clinic in the Villa Martin area of Spain for the past twelve years prior to relocating to his current position in Putney, South West London, England.

John has also worked as part of a team of therapists at many other Massage & Sports Therapy Clinics world wide, treating multiple types of illness and injury.

Throughout his career he has worked with all types of injuries and rehabilitation. During his 12 years in Spain he also worked a GP rehabilitation scheme with local doctors, therapists and trainers in the area.
