The Inghams Facebook page is a place for our fans to come together, chat and have fun. Inghams does not endorse or take responsibility for the accuracy of information, opinions, claims, or advice shared here, by Inghams fans.

The page is open 24/7 for fans to discuss, ask questions, post photo’s and tell us about their holiday/experiences. Inghams will respond to questions/queries within 24 hours, 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday. Comments posted outside of these core hours will be subject to longer response times from Inghams, so we ask you to please bear with us.

If you are on your holiday and are raising a concern or need help, we suggest you contact your resort representative in the first instance. If you have returned from your holiday and would like to get in touch with our Guest Services team or make a complaint, please do so by writing to us by email or via post. You’ll find all our contact details here: http://www.inghams.co.uk/customer-services/contact-us/. Should you choose to raise your complaint/concern via the Inghams Facebook page we will refer you to Guest Services or ask Guest Services to contact you. Inghams investigate and respond to all complaints raised following a thorough investigation, and as per ABTA guidelines can take up to 28 days to do so. Raising your complaint on Facebook will not speed up this process.

Inghams strongly encourages users of this page to respect fellow fans and the posting guidelines of Facebook, and to understand that Inghams reserves the right to remove postings that are:

a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene;
b) fraudulent, deceptive or misleading;
c) in violation of any intellectual property right;
d) in violation of any law or regulation;
e) offensive, graphically or in tone, or;
f) provoking or inciting other users and Inghams and disrupting the normal use of the page.

Any fan that repeatedly posts material that falls into the above categories will be banned from participating on this fan page. We want to hear from all our fans, and want this to be a safe, happy place to spend time!
