W6 Physiotherapy is a fully equipped physiotherapy practice with 3 individual treatment rooms and an exercise studio. Our clinic is a couple of minutes walk from Hammersmith Broadway. Beautifully maintained grounds surround it, so a visit to us becomes even more enjoyable. Free parking for patients is located on the premises

How can we help you?

Most injuries are accompanied with movement difficulties. People often can’t function normally (can’t bend down, walk, move their arms or legs free of pain). To be able to treat the condition movement must be restored, therefore in our physiotherapy we concentrate on restoring function, allowing you to move free of pain again.
Once you are moving normally, the body can initiate healing processes, which often is supported with the exercises we give you. This is how recovery starts allowing you to get back to your everyday routine – whether you are an athlete, office worker, an actor or enjoying your retirement.

Treatment is based on clinical examination

Before we treat you we will conduct detailed clinical examination of how your body functions. We will test your range of movement, strength, and other abilities required for you to function normally. Once we gather the clinical picture then we apply specific treatment techniques and start to monitor their effects.
We broadly utilise the Maitland technique for both the assessment and treatment of anyone coming through our doors. This concept of physiotherapy involves continual evaluation and reassessment of movement, symptoms and intervention to ensure the most effective management of your condition. This specific way of thinking allows appropriate treatments to be tailored to our patient’s needs, to optimize individual results.
The combination of manual therapy techniques in addition to our vast knowledge in rehabilitation, strengthening and injury prevention has successfully restored function and pain free movement to many injured and symptomatic clients.

We work with local GP practices (both private and nhs) and specialists of a musculoskeletal nature, providing services according to HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) standards.
